15pt. Air-Conditioning Agreement – Electric Air-Conditioner

Enroll in our Air-Conditioning Agreement and you can have the peace of mind that your system is receiving required regular maintenance! This will ensure that your air-conditioning system is operating at its optimum efficiency. Our annual checkup includes:

  1. Inspect thermostat operation
  2. Inspect and replace standard air filters
  3. Inspect air temperature split across evaporator coil
  4. Inspect drain pan and drain line
  5. Inspect evaporator coil
  6. Inspect condenser coil
  7. Inspect service valves
  8. Inspect for possible refrigerant leaks
  9. Inspect for proper refrigerant levels
  10. Verify and adjust operating pressures
  11. Inspect pressure switch cut-off settings
  12. Inspect proper voltage and amperage
  13. Inspect safety controls
  14. Inspect condenser level
  15. Inspect air supply and return vents

20pt. Heat Pump Agreement – Electric Heat Pump

Ensure that your heat pump is operating efficiently by enrolling in the Heat Pump Agreement! This will increase the longevity of your heat pump. Our service technician will perform a checkup that includes the following services:

  1. Inspect thermostat operation
  2. Inspect and replace standard air filters
  3. Inspect air temperature split across evaporator coil
  4. Inspect drain pan and drain line
  5. Inspect evaporator coil
  6. Inspect condenser coil
  7. Inspect service valves
  8. Inspect for possible refrigerant leaks
  9. Inspect for proper refrigerant levels
  10. Verify and adjust operating pressures
  11. Inspect pressure switch cut-off settings
  12. Inspect proper voltage and amperage
  13. Inspect safety controls
  14. Inspect condenser level
  15. Inspect motor, fan and compressor
  16. Inspect air supply and return vents
  17. Inspect defrost board (fall only)
  18. Inspect reversing valve (fall only)
  19. Inspect strip heat (fall only)

Our Heating Agreement ensures the optimum performance of your heating system! For this agreement, our service technician will perform the following annual heating system checkup:

Gas Furnace

  3. Inspect heat exchanger
  4. Inspect and adjust burner assembly
  5. Inspect ignition assembly
  6. Inspect pilot light
  7. Inspect and adjust blower components
  8. Inspect and replace standard air filter

  10. Test starting capabilities
  11. Test safety controls
  12. Inspect electrical connections
  13. Measure volts and amps
  14. Lubricate all moving parts
  15. Inspect air supply and return vents

Gas Boiler

  1. Inspect thermostat operation
  2. Inspect exhaust flue venting
  3. Inspect heat exchanger
  4. Inspect and adjust burner assembly
  5. Inspect ignition assembly

  8. Inspect circulation pump
  9. Inspect expansion tank
