Bill Royston, the gentleman who prepared my quote was so knowledgeable concerning my job, answered all of my questions and even gave me additional referrals so that I could contact for other jobs that I have. I have never been in a situation in which I was able to say, “tell me what to do, I trust you” …but I was able to do so this time.

The team he sent to my house went over and above, delivering the job in one day (which I had no idea they would be able to do). Each and every person who entered my house was professional and completed their tasks well. They went over and above on my job and explained everything so that I would understand what was done. As soon as I look at my order form, I am going to add the other gentleman’s name to my review. He was so great! He stayed until the job was completed, and then made sure that he explained everything he did so that I would understand. And they left the area in which they worked better than it was before they came… which is amazing.

I would like to thank All-Pro Services for the work performed at my property.

On Sunday night, I received a call from my renters that the carbon monoxide alarm had gone off and they had called the fire department. The fire department turned off both the hot water and the boiler. I called you all that night.

I received a call from All-Pro Monday morning and met Rick at the property 8:30 that morning. It was important for me to get the heat back on as soon as possible for my renters. Rick assessed the problem with me and gave me his recommendations. I agreed with his assessment and he stated the work would begin on Tuesday or maybe that day if possible.

I am glad to say the work began that day and the work was completed Tuesday evening. I have worked with Rick before and he has always been professional and that I appreciate.

A couple of months ago one of your crews replaced a dragon (1930s vintage coal fired/oil fired boiler that weighed 1600 pounds) in my basement with a little green lizard gas boiler. What a relief not to be awakened at 3:00 AM with a dragon roaring loud enough to shake the house. The efficiency and quietness of the lizard in comparison to the dragon is almost immeasurable.

As for the crew that did the work, I have never seen a more efficient hard working and totally capable group of people anywhere. It has been my great experience to have worked with a wide variety of people and I have never seen any group that worked together better than these men. Each man knew his job and how it related in sequence to the other task to be performed and he automatically and immediately did what was was necessary to continue the progression of the work. That they dismantled the dragon, removed it, cleaned up, got the water back on and had heat in the house in one day astounded me. The men that made this crew are indeed pros. They worked together like clockwork and were I in need of any of their skills I would not hesitate to engage any of them to do the work.

The fact that you found a quality boiler that came with a rebate which saved me a considerable amount of money is also very much appreciated. If I am ever in need of any of your type of services I will certainly call you first. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anymore and would be glad to do so.

We chose to work with Tom and All-Pro for a large project installing a brand new whole-house Unico high velocity system in our 100-year-old DC townhouse. Overall, we are very happy with the work.
